 To embody yourself into a virtual world, either through digital social media, films and television suspends the belief system of the physical world and immerses the mind within the virtual world being fed into the senses, locked into the informational flow. This can suspend time and space while the individual remains within the consistent flow of entertainment entrainment.
 There is a common phenomenon within the belief system of the Spiritual Community that to be an incarnate man at this time means that they wholly represent masculine energy throughout their multi-emanations of the Soul into this world. The same belief applies to the incarnate woman.
 Purposely seek to energise the higher frequencies within you, which brings you higher aspects of your Self to experience natural joy, comfort and bliss of what YOU already are, not what you do now.
 With increasing technology using Artificial Intelligent algorithms, much of reality will become virtual rather than factual reality. The capability of using Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) can be used to create crowd scenes, individual actions and speech in such astonishing reality that it will become indistinguishable from ‘real’ life. The population will begin to rely on the answers they are given rather than gain the experience of finding out, discovering and investigating for themselves.

This is an inevitable part of your current ascending conscious awareness and there are many sources that provide information whilst you are in this state, from both on and off world.
 The Sacred Light Temple that is the physical body is a gift from Gaia to you, based on a symbiotic relation with the Nature Elementals, the Body Elementals and your own Soul consciousness.
