New Forest Mind Body Spirit - Wednesday 22nd November 2017
On Wednesday evening last week, we heard from the fascinating Paul Dobree-Carey, who since his Kundalini Awakening on 14th June 2009, is also known by his Higher Self walk in, Polaris AB. Paul explained his personal experiences of living within a 5th dimensional life.
When this Kundalini shift first took place for Paul, he found life almost unbearable. All his senses went into overdrive, and the information that he was able to access was overwhelming. It took Paul some weeks to adjust to this new way of life and he was only able to achieve this by accessing a future aspect of himself. Often, this is called a Walk In. His future self is a more evolved aspect of Paul, and goes by the name of Polaris AB.
Paul asked us to think back to before we began to 'Awaken', and to remember how we didn't concern ourselves with much more than mowing the lawn, doing the housework, eating and so on. He explained that this is a 3 dimensional existence. That you attend talks at the Positive Living Group is a sign that you have begun to Awaken and question the deeper aspects of existence. Your senses have become more attuned, and you may even be experiencing strange phenomenon, such as seeing spirits or hearing communications from your Spirit Guide. You are moving into a 5th dimensional and higher way of experiencing your life.
Paul also went onto explain that the kundalini energy rises approximately every 7 years. But can get blocked, often in the Sacral, heart or throat chakra due to our emotional struggles. We are now at a collective stage where the blue energy of speaking out is taking place as the 'Voice of Spirit'.

Our last meeting was an evening with Polaris AB.
This was another talk by Polaris which was full of information that just flowed about living in the Fifth Dimension which we know now is an internal journey. He talked about how we are trying to cope with days when we think we know exactly what we are doing and then are forced to question our beliefs. We are living in the 5th dimension and are connecting with our destiny as an internal enfoldment opens up. He also did a demonstration of stone balancing as the talk was coming to an end which was so fascinating and he explained how the gravity of the stones worked. We would like to thank him for this amazing talk. |

Not only do we have Polaris AB Dobree-Carey with us at Saturday's Ascension Forum Circle we also have him as our guest speaker at Inspirations Positive Living Group on Tuesday October 13th. If you have not heard Polaris AB speak before this is a fantastic opportunity. Following his Kundalini Awakening in June 2009 he has been on the most amazing and often very challenging journey. We are very grateful that he is joining us again.
With each shaky step along our journey of Light, we continue to question, are we going in the right direction, are we taking the right actions, what measurement do we personally have as to how we are doing? Some days everything seems so clear and positive and we feel self-assured and empowered, other days, something happens to question our beliefs, a slight wobble, an unexpected event, things to be done, people to keep happy, relentless drama after drama as the balance tips from one direction to the other.
Living in the Fifth Dimension is an internal journey of discovery. How do we navigate this when all our current senses measure what comes from an external reality? What are the Higher Senses? How do we cope with the changes occurring? What is happening to Third Dimension? How do we find balance in the stormy seas of emotional discontent, physical trauma and mental stress?
If time, I might be able to fit in some Stone Balancing too!

The hotel will provide Tea/Coffee and sandwiches during the afternoon while we have an opportunity to share our thoughts with each other.
