 Hope is the starting point of imagination, the vision of desire, the image of the future Self. Attitude is the carrier of Hope and fills the gap between Now and Then. Attitude helps Hope turn into reality.
Hope - you carry in your pocket. Attitude - you wear across your chest. See your Self in your future doing something you have always wanted to do. It must be a clear image, it should include all the senses of sight and sound, smell, taste and touch, feelings and emotions.  Each day you seek for that which brings meaning into your life in a purposeful manner. Each small achievement that takes place should be recognized by the feeling of gratitude. Gratitude brings you towards a sense of joy that what you do becomes what YOU Love, so that what YOU Love becomes what you do. To feel gratitude towards that which brings joy is to tell your Self and the Universe what it is that is uniquely yours to Be.
 To find peace and calmness during a period of high intensity frequency integration is to find entry into the space between space (known as zero-point) during this transmuting time. It is only in the stillness of zero-point that you are truly removed from the conceptualising and judgemental process of the lower third dimensional mind. Any construct you envisage, any perception you believe, any feeling that you contemplate with this lower mind is purely an illusionary creation of the ego mind.
