 The integration of cosmic and solar high frequency particles increase the range of the energetic spherical bodies around you. Expansion around the heart centre influences your perceived awareness of higher and lower frequency energies beyond your own localised feelings and out towards other aspects of Self (others) and into the collective conscious of All.
The increased inputs can be greater than the physical mind can accept and can feel overwhelming leading the body to extreme tiredness and shutdown. At this time, there may be periods of great discomfort and unexplained anxiousness that occur.

 With each step along the spiritual light path you take, you expand your awareness and understanding into each vibration of Light Frequency. It becomes part of who YOU already are as your Soul Signature of Light Quotient spirals and expands outwards from your Diamond core God Spark within your Heart Centre. For YOU are already present in all frequencies your Soul has integrated over your personal Soul expansion through countless creations of Soul aspect incarnation. The Ascended Masters mastered and expanded access to these frequencies to integrate the Higher Levels of Consciousness to forgo mortality and reincarnation. Life then becomes a matter of choice rather than karmic necessity. To achieve Ascension through Enlightenment means not having to do it all over again. That time is Here and Now.

The solid thought forms and patterns of behaviour that have established your life up until NOW are crumbling and disintegrating. It will not be a case of picking up the pieces and starting again for these previous lower forms of matter have served purpose and are no longer viable in a new world of enlightened consciousness, open doors and exposed truths. Why build a house from straw when you know that straw is not the right material for building.  As a Child of the Sun, you have become accustomed to creating a third dimensional physical environment around YOU through your interaction and reaction as a personal experience of reality. You are the centre of your own energy construct which provides a unique perception of your world.
As you move your Self through the landscape of your environment, your own energetic forces influence the particles around you to change their appearance into forms which you can recognize, relate to and interact with. Your personal quotient of sub atomic particles flow with the intention of your projection in order to flex and adapt to change shape, colour, density and substance to become the objects, beings and thought forms you have become so familiar with during your symbiotic agreement. You find your Self living within the confines of a dense physical body where the speed of thought is delayed by time and space, and the permanent bliss of Unconditional Love has been forgotten as the fall in frequency requires you to experience the full flow of feelings and emotions passing through you.  How important is your opinion?
What triggers you to project, explain, defend, override, argue, discredit, agree, counterpoint in response to the words and actions of Others? What reactions and emotions are manifested by you, focusing all of who you are into that moment? Are you represented by your words? What part of you seeks to respond? Which version of you, do you become in response to Others?  This is a time for finding balance within and to integrate the earth energies with the physical body to adjust to a similar resonance. We bring our head down from the clouds in the form of Descension to take a look at our current position, where we are, what we are doing and who we are becoming. And in doing so, some may find that they want to go back to the clouds again, to meditate or just to go back to sleep. It seems so much easier sometimes to go 'within’ than go ‘without.
Descension takes place when we integrate more awareness of the Higher Self within our grounded energy bodies – mental, emotional and physical. By bringing down the I AM Monad into your Sacred Diamond Heart, this will further raise the frequency vibrations within you. The effect of this will feel as if you have turned up the heat and light inside just like a diamond formed under extreme pressure.  At this time, fluctuations occurring in the Earth's magnetic field are triggering changes in biological resonance. The reflection of cosmic and solar light encoded information flows through the central spinal channel, the pranic tube, also known as the Hara line, silver chord or sushumna and is relevant to maintaining equilibrium with the earth's rising frequencies on an ongoing basis.
The Full Moon particularly is necessary for bringing down cosmic energies through the central channel and into the Earth's expanding and energised crystalline grid. Initially, these frequencies are higher than the physical body can comfortably hold, so we can purely act as conductors / aerials to concentrate and channel the energy directly into earth's core through the process of Earthing / Grounding.  As the Earth frequencies rise in vibration, your previous resonant hybrid bonds are stretched and severed as the Cosmic Light constantly seeks expansion within your Self. Transformation takes place as you reach higher and further to reconnect once again with greater awareness and understanding. Each new level of frequency achieved, brings greater wisdom and integration of intelligent infinity.
Try to imagine what lies beyond imagination, your heart knows and your Higher Divine Self will show you the Way. You are only ONE realisation from Ascension and it comes from within YOU.  Our Sun and Earth exhibit signs of emotion and the latest outburst from our celestial star is currently streaming Solar Winds swiftly towards us. It arrives soon bringing the latest batch of light encoded changes which quickly begin to overwhelm and amplify our existing energetic states. Our orientation to our physical environment is changing rapidly.
The Earth displays the same response in the form of geomagnetic movement of her outer shell which we experience as earthquakes. The same occurs in us as re-orientation of the body due to energetic amplification.  Another stream of high energy charged particles are currently arriving from the Sun, providing a further buffeting of Solar Radiation which enters Earth’s upper atmosphere producing heat friction through plasma production and creating electro-magnetic pulses potentially interfering with radio and satellite signals.
