Make your thoughts, Cosmic Thoughts

Meditation is accessing communication beyond the five senses. At the point the current world stops feeding information to the brain to process, the Divine Mind can access the vast intelligence that exists prior to your own thoughts, that exists within the very centre of your cells and nerves, your atoms and molecules.

You are consciousness contained within a physical body. It does not require you contacting an intelligent being outside of your Self, you are seeking Universal intelligence within the very core of your own Being, that exists beyond your ordinary awareness. It is the journey within that allows access to everything - there are no limits to the Divine Mind seeking to know itself.
